What Nudist-Friendly Means at Nüd
We are called Nüd for a reason. Bare skin is our everyday, and nobody here will hand you a robe, fuss with draping or ask you to cover up. Most guests undress completely for their appointment, because that is how you get an even spray tan, a thorough body scrub and a clean wax.
If you are a lifelong nudist or naturist, you will feel at home from the moment you walk in. If you have never been nude around anyone outside your own bathroom, this is a low-pressure place to start: appointments are private and one-on-one, and you can always wear as much or as little as you like.
One honest note: Nüd is a spa, not a nudist resort or club. Visits are by appointment, and our social nude events are ticketed. What we offer is professional skin and body care in a place where being naked is simply not a big deal.

Fully Nude, Coed Open House Events
Our open house events are social nudism, spa style. Every guest goes nude for the whole visit: these events are fully nude, not clothing-optional. Guests of all genders mingle, unwind and book a body scrub, spray tan or wax in one shared, communal space.

Social, never sexual
Our events are non-sexual. Sexual behavior, unwanted touching, staring and unwelcome comments are not tolerated, and anyone who makes another guest uncomfortable is asked to leave.

No phones, no photos
There is no photography or video of any kind. Phones stay put away in the event space so that every guest's privacy is protected.

Participants, not spectators
Events are for adults 18 and over, and every guest books a service to attend. Bring a towel to sit on, as you would at any naturist venue.

Questions About Going Nude at Nüd
Is Nüd Spa a nudist spa?
Nüd is a nudist-friendly spa in North Phoenix. Most guests go nude at private appointments, and our open house events are fully nude and coed. We are a spa, not a nudist resort or club, so visits are by appointment or event ticket.
Do I have to be nude?
Not at a private appointment. Nude is welcome and completely normal, but you can wear as much or as little as you like. At our open house events, nudity is required for every guest.
Is Nüd Spa clothing-optional?
Private appointments are clothing-optional: go nude or stay partly covered, whichever you prefer. Our open house events are different. They are fully nude, and swimwear, underwear and cover-ups are not worn in the event space.
Are nudists and naturists welcome?
Absolutely. If nude is your normal, you will fit right in. Nobody will ask you to cover up, and our technicians are completely comfortable working with nude guests.
Is the spa coed? Are men welcome?
Yes. Nüd welcomes all genders, with full service menus for women and men, including male Brazilian waxing. Our open house events are coed.
Is this a sexual environment?
No. Nüd is a professional spa and nudity here is non-sexual. Sexual behavior, unwanted touching and unwelcome comments are not tolerated at appointments or events.
I have never been nude around other people. Is that okay?
Yes. Many of our guests are first-timers. A private, one-on-one appointment is the easiest place to start, and most people find that any nervousness fades within a few minutes.
What if I am self-conscious about my body?
Every body is welcome: every size, shape, age and gender, with stretch marks, scars, body hair and everything else that comes with being human. Our one house rule is no apologizing for your body.
Can couples visit together?
Yes. We offer a couples body scrub, and our open house events welcome guests on their own or with a partner or friend.
Where is Nüd Spa located?
We are at 13026 N Cave Creek Rd, Suite 203, Phoenix, AZ 85022, in North Phoenix between Cactus Road and Thunderbird Road, a short drive from Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Glendale. We are open Monday through Saturday by appointment.
